Position Summary
This role runs the operating system behind DataCore's revenue engine: the martech stack, data, routing, and reporting that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue across a channel-only go-to-market. Based in the UK, you work across EMEA and Americas time zones as the operational partner to revenue marketing, RevOps, sales, and the channel team. AI works alongside you as a digital co-worker, automating enrichment, QA, and reporting so the team spends its time on decisions.
We're looking for a revenue-minded marketing operations leader who thinks in systems and owns the numbers the business runs on. You've run the full modern revenue stack in a B2B technology company, you're as comfortable in Salesforce and SQL as you are in a pipeline review with sales leadership, and you build AI-assisted workflows yourself. You treat data hygiene as non-negotiable and see marketing operations as the link between marketing spend and revenue.
What Success Looks Like
Immediate Mandate (First 90 Days)
-
Audit the full martech stack and data flows, and deliver a consolidation and remediation plan.
-
Clean and connect CRM, marketing automation, and intent data with RevOps.
-
Agree the shared funnel and qualified pipeline definitions with sales and RevOps.
-
Stand up the v1 pipeline and campaign performance dashboard.
-
Document lead, account, and partner routing, and the hand-off SLA.
6-12 Months
-
The stack is consolidated, integrated, and clean, with a clear owner and cost line for every tool.
-
Marketing and sales report against one funnel and one set of definitions.
-
A channel-aware attribution model is live and trusted by Finance and sales leadership.
-
Weekly, monthly, and board reporting runs without manual reassembly.
-
AI workflows for enrichment, QA, and reporting are in production with clear governance.
-
Routing to sellers and partners holds to SLA, with partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline visible end to end.
Key Responsibilities
Duties:
-
Own the full marketing technology stack end to end: CRM, marketing automation, ABM and intent, enrichment, routing, attribution, web analytics, webinar and event platforms, and the partner relationship management (PRM) integration.
-
Run the stack as a revenue system, with every tool tied to a funnel stage and a measurable contribution to pipeline, and run regular audits to consolidate overlap and manage vendor contracts and cost.
-
Own the marketing data foundation with Sales Ops, including field definitions, account and contact hierarchies, enrichment, deduplication, and the data model that reporting and AI workflows depend on.
-
Define and maintain one shared funnel with Sales Ops and sales, from engagement to lead, sales acceptance, and pipeline, so marketing and sales report against the same numbers.
-
Own lead and account routing end to end, including routing to the right DataCore seller and registered partner, deal registration data flows, and the marketing-to-sales-engineering hand-off SLA.
-
Build the channel-aware attribution model, crediting partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline as first-class revenue, and keep it trusted by Finance and sales leadership.
-
Build and maintain the KPI dashboards and reporting cadence, from weekly campaign and channel performance to monthly executive and quarterly board reporting on pipeline, coverage, CAC, and marketing contribution to revenue.
-
Provide the data inputs for the growth forecast and pipeline coverage models, working with Revenue Marketing and Finance.
-
Own campaign operations, building, QA-ing, and launching campaigns with consistent UTM conventions, campaign taxonomy, and tracking across every channel and region.
-
Operationalize ABM and intent data by maintaining the 6sense integration, account scoring, and buying-group data, so ABM, sellers, and partners act on the same signals.
-
Build and govern AI workflows across the stack, including Clay enrichment, AI agents for QA and reporting, and clear rules for where AI output can act without human review.
-
Own data privacy and consent across regions, including UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and CAN-SPAM, working closely with legal.
-
Document the operations playbook, definitions, and SLAs, and train the team so the function doesn't depend on any one person.
-
Partner across demand generation, ABM, field marketing, digital, and the GTM engineering team as the operational backbone for the whole marketing organisation.
Experience & Education
-
AI-first problem solving is the core requirement for this role: you reach for AI first, not last, to think through and solve real problems, treat AI as a digital co-worker rather than an occasional tool, and can point to how you've actually done it. This isn't optional, and it isn't just familiarity with the tools.
-
7+ years in marketing operations or revenue operations in B2B technology, with deep ownership of the martech stack and CRM.
-
Salesforce fluency is a must, with administrator-level comfort in campaigns, objects, flows, and reporting, plus hands-on ownership of a marketing automation platform such as Marketo or HubSpot.
-
Hands-on experience with a modern revenue stack beyond CRM and MAP, including ABM and intent (6sense or Demandbase), enrichment and data orchestration (Clay, ZoomInfo), routing (LeanData or equivalent), and conversational or web tools.
-
Strong SQL and BI fluency (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent), able to build and maintain dashboards without relying on a data team.
-
Real experience building attribution models, including multi-touch or partner attribution.
-
Experience with a CDP or data warehouse layer, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Segment.
-
Working knowledge of UK GDPR and EU GDPR and how they shape consent, data handling, and campaign operations.
-
UK-based, with regular overlap with US Eastern time.
-
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
-
Experience in a channel-led or partner-heavy GTM motion, including PRM integration (Impartner, Allbound, or Salesforce PRM) and deal registration data flows.
-
Experience consolidating or migrating a martech stack, beyond operating one already in place.
-
Hands-on experience building AI agents or automations that run in production, using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Workato, or Zapier.
-
Experience with revenue attribution platforms such as HockeyStack, Dreamdata, or Marketo Measure.
-
Background in infrastructure, storage, cloud, or data software.
-
Experience in a PE- or growth-equity-backed company, where reporting has to hold up to board and investor scrutiny.
